Once your samples and materials arrive at our facility, U can count on efficient mass production, rigorous quality checks, and full logistics support all the way to your door.

Frequently Asked Questions
With our Private Label Custom service, you simply send us your logo and design ideas—or let us develop exclusive brush styles for your brand. Brushino supplies all materials and guarantees QC at every step. If quality issues ever occur with our supplied brushes, you are fully covered.
For the Supply Your Own Materials option, you provide specific brush handles, hair, or packaging, and Brushino takes care of production and assembly. We guarantee the craftsmanship, but cannot ensure the quality of your supplied materials. Material-related problems are the responsibility of you or your original vendor.
Yes. Many clients run multiple projects at once. You can mix and match: send us your unique designs for full-service OEM, and also provide your own components for other brush lines as needed.
For most custom brush projects, MOQ starts at just 100 pieces per style for Private Label services. If your total bulk order is over 500,youcanmixseveralSKUspershipment.Forsmallerprojectsorordersbelow500, you can mix several SKUs per shipment. For smaller projects or orders below 500,youcanmixseveralSKUspershipment.Forsmallerprojectsorordersbelow500, a $25 handling fee per item applies. Packaging and accessories are flexible and not included in the fee.
All orders are inspected by our QC team according to AQL 2.5 standards. Even after any rework, all goods are rechecked before shipping. Need higher-level or 1-by-1 inspections? We can arrange this, with a quote customized for your needs.
Just share your brush development vision—including target functions, handle style, hair preference, and packaging needs. We’ll select and send relevant samples to match your requirements, so you can review before placing a bulk order.
Submit your project details—such as brush types, customization ideas, quantity, and target price. We’ll get back with an estimated quote within 1 hour. Your final price is confirmed after you approve the prototype sample. The initial estimate is for reference; the sample quote takes priority.
